Local residents (see Reader’s Letters in the Neath Ferret) have been concerned about the democratic deficit in Bryncoch South for some time. Neath Liberal Democrats, friends and former colleagues on the county borough council have persuaded me that I am the man to step in to the breach. I am therefore standing for election to council in this year’s elections.
